CoburnCM was founded in 2018, and is led by partners Chris Coburn, Yuliya Ilizarov and Jean-Luc Torchon. In 2024, architect and construction manager Julieta Dominguez joined the management team.

In collaboration with trusted subcontractors and vendors, our in-house crew of site supervisors, carpenters, masons, and construction laborers make our projects possible.
